 Located in the Winston-Salem, NC suburb of Bermuda Run, Standard Benefit Administration, LLC was founded in 2005 by Kevin McCarthy through the purchase of EB Consulting in Monroe, NC. Through organic growth over the past two decades, we now are the administrators of over 100 plans in NC, SC and TN.

Kevin started his career in 1994 with Prudential Insurance and moved to Carolina to manage a Financial Planning office in Greensboro and an Insurance office in Winston Salem. Before going out on his own he obtained professional designations including CFP, ChFC, Certified 401-k Administrator, CRPS, CLU and CLTC. Professional accomplishments include Court of the Table for MDRT.

We nurture client relationships and specialize in servicing the 401-k markets for small and medium-sized plans which tend to be underserviced and overcharged.
